CUSTOMER SERVICE & EMAIL INQUIRIES

  • Please email dont.panic.shop@gmail.com and always include your order number for any customer service inquiries. Please allow up to 48 hours (on business days) for a reply. We will try our best to reply as soon as possible!!

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

    PROCESSING & DELIVERY
    • Although we will always try our best to package your order and ship it the next as soon as possible, please allow 2-3 days for normal processing time. This applies to items that are in stock, pre order items can take up to 4 weeks to produce, package and process! 
    • If tracking indicates that your order has been delivered, we are not liable for your undelivered/lost claims (this is on apparel).

    ORDER INFORMATION & POLICY 

    Please always include your order number for all inquiries.

    • All sales placed on apparel are final. Due to the limited nature of our products, you cannot cancel your order after pre orders close.
    • Once your order is placed, we cannot allow you to change the size or swap items. Please carefully review your order prior to checking out.
    • Replacements are allowed if you receive defective product.
    • Please make sure to CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. Once the product is shipped out we can no longer change your address. We are not liable for lost products due to this. 
    • Products listed as "Final Sale" means they will no longer be printed again and cannot be replaced if something goes wrong! Please contact us if anything does happen to a "final sale" order and we can go through your options!
